Chartered in 1947 as the 540th club of Toastmasters International, Chamber Club is a large, diverse, and friendly group of people who all work together to ensure that every meeting is successful, fun, and a place for everyone to learn and grow as a speaker.
Whether it’s prepared speeches by our new and advanced members, considerate evaluations, ad-lib speaking sessions, topical (and sometimes offbeat) themes, and chocolate-centric awards, we have fun as we help each other overcome the fear of public speaking and build confidence and leadership skills.
If you’d like some individual help and support when you’re starting out, we’ll find a mentor for you. We’ll pair you up with one of our more experienced members, who can help you pick topics, help you structure your talk, and listen to you practice and give you feedback. By having someone to touch base with, answer your questions, and help you reach your personal goals, you’ll quickly feel at home here.
Chamber Club 540 meets every week in the Greenwood neighborhood of North Seattle. Come join us!
