Toastmasters International
Chamber Club 540

Welcome!

Toastmasters District 2 Washington

The 2009-2010 Chamber Club 540 Officers welcome you!

L-R: VP Public Relations Michael Longé, VP Membership & Mentorship Nicole Scott, Secretary Alli Coffin, Sergeant at Arms Ed Hobbick, President Allison Barns, VP Education Lee Brettin, and (not shown) Treasurer Dave Puffert.

Chartered in 1947 as the 540th club of Toastmasters International, we at Chamber Club have a large, diverse, and active group of members who take responsibility to ensure the success of every meeting.

Whether it's prepared speeches by our new and advanced members, quality evaluations, the constant, tangible learning of our meetings, or our extemporaneous speaking sessions that provide you with the opportunity to develop your speaking skills, we're determined to have a good time as we improve our communication and leadership skills.

Finally, our mentoring program, where we pair up a new member with one of our more experienced members, is one of our featured strengths. As a new member, you'll undoubtedly have questions about what to talk about and how things work within the club. By having someone to touch base with, answer your questions, and help you reach your personal speaking goals, it's a great way to become involved in Chamber Club.

So visit us and see what we have to offer.

Chamber Club 540 - we'd love to see you!

We meet on Tuesdays 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Romio's Pizza & Pasta in Greenwood

Gov. Gregoire has declared Feb. 1-7 "Toastmasters Week" in the State of Washington!

Let us help with your New Year's Resolution to develop increased confidence in speaking and leadership.
